IMO Slewing Rings are used in various applications around the
globe. These large diameter anti-friction Slewing Rings are used
for example as machine components in the special purpose
machinery. IMO Momentenlager supplies Slewing Rings to the global
market leaders for filling machines. IMO Slewing Rings are also
used in steel works, in the tunnel boring machine and medical
technology, in public transportation systems, in the military
technology, in antennas and for material and bulk handling.
IMO Momentenlager, affiliated company of the IMO group with its
headquarters in Gremsdorf in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg
designs and manufactures Ball and Roller Slewing Rings in various
designs in sizes ranging from 100 mm to 5.200 mm. The bearing
rings are available with internal or external gearing (modules 1
to 30). Special designs can be manufactured upon request. Standard
designs are immediately available. IMO is able to manufacture
urgently needed spare parts as Express Service within 2 to 8 weeks.
